SWT's liability under this warranty extends for a period of two years on model # MD22152-01 "The Solution", and one year on model # MD22152-02 "The Solution X-2" and model # CN-03 from date of delivery from our factory or authorized distributor. It is limited to repairing or replacing any device or part which is returned transportation pre-paid to the factory within two years of delivery to the original purchaser, and which is proven defective upon examination. SWT makes no warranties either expressed or implied other than those stated above. No representative has the authority to change or modify this warranty in any respect.
